Harvard medical tells us what we already know in this article: Abdominal Fat and what to do about it.

The bottom line is that abdominal belly fat is bad for you. They don’t tell us where this “bad fat” comes from – that is high insulin. They also fail to tell us that carbs and sugar cause the high insulin.

With advice like this we are all going to get very sick.
